Massage is a powerhouse way to help your body be more flexible, have better circulation, and relieve pain points. I’ve been a professional massage therapist for more than 25 years already. My clients include professional athletes, senior citizens, weekend warriors, corporate employees who need a chair massage, and really anybody who wants to feel better in their body.
While home is SoCal for me, I travel nationwide and always have my table with me. I work by the session or, in some cases, by the package. As for rates, I can tell you I’ve got a lot of experience now so I’m not the cheapest game in town but my clients think I’m the best. Rates start at $150 and if I have to drive more than 25 miles from where I’m located, there’s a $25 trip charge.
Given my schedule lately, it can be a little challenging to find a time that works so please give me as much notice as you can to work out a time that’s convenient for you.
Massage therapy can improve your overall wellness, making you feel like a much younger version of yourself. Massage therapy has proven to reduce stress, improve your quality of sleep, improve your circulation, and helps reduce the effects of aging greatly improving your overall quality of life.
Massage therapy can help boost blood flow and reduce muscle tension. This will loosen your joints making them free to move. Moreover, it can improve your posture by reducing stiffness and increasing range of motion.
Massage therapy offers a host of physical and psychological benefits, helping the body and mind to revive and heal. It reduces recovery time allowing you to get back to activities you love FASTER!
The biggest benefits of massage actually happen after the massage. You’ll want to drink plenty of water, do some gentle stretching, and relax for at least an hour or so to let your body adjust to having better circulation again.
Ideally, you can schedule a massage at least weekly. If that’s not possible, movement is the key… even a simple walk can help your body be more flexible and circulate your lymph system.
Everybody has different comfort levels when it comes to receiving a massage. For me, my only goal is to help your body feel better through massage… I don’t judge how someone wants to receive it. You can undress to your comfort level or stay dressed. Since I come to you, you can have music playing or not. Your preferences guide our session… if you want a light relaxing massage, we can do that. If you want a deep tissue massage or to work a particular area, we can do that too. I have worked to rehab sports injuries and post-surgery movement. I’ve also helped people simply get back into their bodies by releasing the tension caused by office work – neck, shoulders, forearms, and hands. Basically, your body will tell us what it wants… we just need to work together to help you feel better through professional bodywork.
One of the best things about being a professional massage therapist is seeing my clients remember what good feels like in their body.
